Fallon M. Gomez - Founding Attorney
Fallon M. Gomez attended Florida A&M University College of Law where she attained her Juris Doctor degree. During her time at law school she served as the President of the Asian Pacific American Law School Association, as well as on the board for the Student Animal Defense Fund. She is currently licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York, making her an ideal choice for snowbirds looking to manage out of state assets.
Prior to founding Legacy Legal, Ms. Gomez handled estate planning as well as insurance litigation matters. She also worked with Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida in founding its free legal helpline. Additionally, she provides pro bono services for local, non-profit, animal rescue organizations. Currently, her practice areas include estate planning, probate, elder law, and adult guardianship. She is also licensed to practice in the Middle District of Florida’s federal court.
Outside of her profession, Ms. Gomez is the proud “dog mom” to four small-breed rescue dogs. She volunteers with Puppy Rescue Flights based in Orlando, Florida, and is active in the animal rights community.
Hector Gomez - Paralegal/Office Manager
Hector Gomez is a proud Veteran of the United States Navy. He attended Miami University of Ohio for his Bachelorette Degree before his relocation to Florida. He attained his Master’s Degree in Legal Studies and Public Administration at Kaplan University in Orlando, Florida. He is a former member of the Mayor’s Veterans Advisory Council in Orange County, and the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Gomez’s legal experience includes family law and estate planning, and he is adept at legal research and writing. He is also a licensed Notary.
In addition to his work, Mr. Gomez volunteers with the Orlando VA Medical Center to share legal aid and other community services available to Veterans in Central Florida.
