About Legacy Legal
Our story

Built on the idea that planning ahead brings peace of mind

Legacy Legal was founded by attorney Fallon M. Gomez. She started this firm to make legal planning feel personal, not intimidating.

We've seen how much stress a family carries when there's no plan in place. That stress often gets worse during an already hard time.

So we sit down with each family and listen first. Then we build a plan around what actually matters to them.

What matters

Standards we hold ourselves to, every time

These are the things we won't cut corners on. They shape how we treat every client who calls Legacy Legal.

Honest communication

We explain your options in plain language. No legal jargon meant to confuse you. If you're dealing with a parent's estate or a property dispute, we walk you through each choice. We talk about what each path means for your time and your wallet. You'll hear real examples from cases like yours, not vague legal terms. If a term needs explaining twice, we explain it twice. Our job is to help you feel sure about each step you take.

Clear, fair pricing

You'll know what to expect before we start. No surprise bills later. We walk through the costs up front, in plain terms. If your case involves a will, a trust, or a home sale, we explain each fee tied to it. Many families worry about hidden charges after a loved one passes. We put every cost on paper before any work begins. You can ask questions at any point without extra charges piling up. Our goal is to keep money matters simple during a hard time.

Reliable follow through

We stay on top of deadlines and filings. Your case doesn't sit on a shelf. Probate courts and county offices often have strict filing windows. We track each one so nothing gets missed. If a hearing date changes or a form needs updating, we handle it right away. Families juggling work and grief don't need to chase paperwork too. You can count on steady updates until your case reaches a close.

Careful, thorough work

Estate plans and probate cases need attention to detail. We check every document twice. A missing signature or wrong date can delay a case for months. We look at wills, deeds, and account records line by line. If your family owns a home or a small business, small errors can cost real money. We catch those errors before they become problems in court. Our careful review helps keep your case moving without extra delays or costly mistakes.

How we work

A process built around you, paperwork

Every family's situation is different. Our process makes room for that from the very first call.

1

We listen first

We ask about your family and your goals before we talk about legal steps. Understanding your situation comes first.

2

We recommend what fits

We suggest what actually makes sense for your family. We won't sell you services you don't need.

3

We follow through

We handle filings and deadlines so you don't have to worry. You'll always know where things stand.
